How we handle your data
This page describes how the data submitted through the forms on q01.io is handled.
Details of the processing

What we collect
Only what you enter in the forms: name, email address, organization, role, the subject of your request, and the text you write. Along with the message we record the originating IP address, to limit automated submissions.
Why we process it
To respond to your request: arranging a demo session, following up on an inquiry, or reading and considering a contribution to the Capability Engineering Manifesto. We do not use this data for automated marketing, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
How it is sent
The forms send data over an encrypted request to our server, which forwards it by email to the organization’s mailbox through a transactional email provider. Message content is not written to application logs.
How long we keep it
Messages remain in the organization’s mailbox for as long as it takes to handle the request and any follow-up.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correct it, or delete it at any time, and withdraw your consent: the request is handled at no cost.
Cookies
The site uses no profiling cookies and no behavioral analytics. Typefaces are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the visitor’s IP address in order to serve the files.
Connecting LinkedIn
If you connect your personal LinkedIn profile, or a company page you administer, to the Growth features of the Q01 platform, we process: the LinkedIn identifier of the profile or page and its display name; the token issued by LinkedIn, stored encrypted, used only by our servers and never displayed or shared; the texts you approve and publish, the link to the published post, the date, who published it, and the outcome you record; the date of consent, the authorized scopes, and the version of the terms you accepted.
What the connection is for
To publish on LinkedIn only the content you approve, at the moment you press Publish, and to measure the results of the campaigns you take part in. The platform never publishes automatically, does not modify or delete your posts, does not comment on your behalf, does not read your messages or your connections, and does not collect other users’ content. The permission LinkedIn asks for is worded more broadly — it is the same for every application — but all we do is publish what you have approved. When you draft a comment on someone else’s post, we use only the text you paste.
On what basis we process LinkedIn data
For personal profiles, your consent to the connection. For managing company pages and measuring campaigns, the organization’s legitimate interest.
How long the connection lasts
The token is kept while the channel is connected and deleted when you disconnect it; in any case it expires after about sixty days unless you renew it. Content and outcome data are kept for the duration of the campaign and for subsequent analysis.
How to disconnect
You can disconnect at any time from Settings › Channels on the platform, or from your LinkedIn settings, under the entry listing third-party access. Disconnecting deletes the token and revokes the authorization.
Who receives LinkedIn data
LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, to carry out publications through its official APIs. For assisted writing, the text is processed by AI model providers through our gateway, without identifying data of the authors of the posts being commented on.
