How we handle your data
This page describes how the data submitted through the forms on q01.io is handled.

What we collect
Only what you enter in the forms: name, email address, organization, role, the subject of your request, and the text you write. Along with the message we record the originating IP address, to limit automated submissions.
Why we process it
To respond to your request: arranging a demo session, following up on an inquiry, or reading and considering a contribution to the Capability Engineering Manifesto. We do not use this data for automated marketing, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
How it is sent
The forms send data over an encrypted request to our server, which forwards it by email to the organization’s mailbox through a transactional email provider. Message content is not written to application logs.
How long we keep it
Messages remain in the organization’s mailbox for as long as it takes to handle the request and any follow-up.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correct it, or delete it at any time, and withdraw your consent: the request is handled at no cost.
Cookies
The site uses no profiling cookies and no behavioral analytics. Typefaces are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the visitor’s IP address in order to serve the files.
